Treat the cause.
The weight follows.
Most weight is a symptom — of a thyroid, an insulin problem, inflammation. We find which one, then build a plan around the food you already eat.

Three ways in, depending on where you are
Most people arrive knowing roughly what is wrong and not what to do about it. Each of these takes you to the same place — a plan and a named clinician.
I want to lose weight
We look at what is driving it — thyroid, insulin, stress, sleep — before we look at calories.

PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol, acidity, joint pain and more — each with its own protocol.

We treat the cause, not the number on the scale
Find the cause
A full assessment of markers, history, medication and what you have already tried.
Build the plan
Around your kitchen, your working day and your family’s food — not a template.
Support it daily
A dedicated WhatsApp group with your own dietician, for the whole programme.
Hold the result
A maintenance plan, because the weeks after a programme decide whether it lasted.

Results
Our own data, audited — not a testimonial
Every outcome figure on this website comes from an internal report, reviewed by a second clinician, stating the sample, the method and the dropout rate.
Publication pending. Aggregate outcome figures are withheld until the audited outcome report is complete. Under the ASCI Healthcare Guidelines a success rate, timeline or efficacy claim requires peer-reviewed data or the organisation’s own audited outcome report — a disclaimer does not substitute. We would rather show you nothing than show you a number we cannot stand behind.
Centres and Health@Home
See someone in person — or don’t
Health Total runs physical centres across India, and the same clinicians run the programme online for people who would rather not travel. Most app-based programmes can only offer you the second.
Before you ask
The three questions we are asked most
Are there any side effects?
The programmes are non-surgical and non-invasive. Nutrition changes are made alongside any medication you are already on, and your clinician will ask about all of it at the first consultation.
Will the weight come back when I stop?
This is the right question to ask, and it is why every programme ends with a maintenance plan rather than a finish line. The weeks after a programme decide whether it held.
I want overall weight loss, not just fat reduction from one area.
Those are two different programmes and we keep them separate. Overall weight loss is nutrition-led and works on the cause; local fat reduction is a body-contouring treatment. The assessment will tell you which one fits.
Nine questions. Two minutes. You see your result on screen before we ask for your name.
