What it is like to work here
Most roles here are clinical, and the work is consultative rather than transactional: the same patients over months, with the plan adjusted on what the markers do.
The part that suits some people and not others is the boundary. Clinicians here do not make outcome claims, do not sell supplements as a condition of a plan, and do not advise on medication. If a case needs a doctor, it goes to a doctor. Some people find that constraining; the ones who do well here find it the reason to stay.

Clinical nutritionists
A recognised qualification in clinical nutrition or dietetics, and an interest in working from blood work rather than from templates.
Doctors
For clinical oversight, content review and complex case escalation.
Centre teams
Front-of-house and operations at the centres, where most people’s first impression is formed.
Support functions
Technology, marketing, partnerships and operations at the central team.
