Programme
Detox Programme
A short, structured reset — built on food, not on fasting or purges. We should be clear at the outset about what a detox programme is and is not, because a great deal of what is sold under this name does not survive examination.
Is this the right programme for you?
It probably is if…
- You want a defined reset after a period of irregular eating
- Digestion feels sluggish and you want a structured restart
- You respond better to a short programme with a clear end
- You want to use it as an entry point before a longer plan
It probably is not if…
- You are looking to lose a significant amount of weight — that is a different programme
- You want a juice fast or a purge; we do not run either
- You have a condition requiring stable intake, such as diabetes on medication
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
What is included
An honest brief at the start
Your liver and kidneys detoxify continuously and do not need a product to do it. What a structured programme can do is reduce the load on them for a defined period. That is the claim, and it is the whole claim.
A food-based plan
Whole food, high fibre, high fluid, low alcohol and low refined sugar. No juice fasting, no colonic irrigation, no proprietary sachets.
Reduced load, not removal
Alcohol, refined sugar, ultra-processed food and, where appropriate, caffeine — reduced for a defined window rather than banned forever.
Gut support
Fermented foods, soluble and insoluble fibre raised gradually, and adequate fluid, because fibre without fluid works against you.
A named clinician
The same nutritionist throughout, with credentials published on this site.
A defined end and a handover
What to carry forward, and what was only ever for the fortnight.
How it runs
-
1
Free consultation
A clinician establishes whether a reset is the right thing for you at all. For some people it is not, and we will say so.
-
2
Baseline
Where markers are worth having — liver enzymes in particular — we say which and why.
-
3
The reset
A structured plan built from food you can actually buy, with the reasoning given rather than handed down.
-
4
Support
WhatsApp access to your dietician throughout, because the difficult days are the ones that decide the outcome.
-
5
Handover
The reset ends. What follows is either normal eating, or a longer programme if the assessment points that way.
The first consultation is free.Nine questions first, so the clinician has your numbers before you speak.
Start my free assessmentWhat it costs
Programmes start from an indicative ₹1,000–1,500 per week on a longer commitment. The exact figure depends on duration and what your assessment shows, and the first consultation is free either way.
We publish a range rather than withholding it, because a price you cannot find is a reason to leave.
Results
No outcome figures are published on this page. Under the ASCI Healthcare Guidelines a rate, timeline or success percentage is an advertising claim requiring an audited outcome report to substantiate it. Ours is in preparation. Your clinician will discuss what is realistic for you at the free consultation.
Questions we are asked
Does the body need help detoxifying?
No. The liver, kidneys, gut, lungs and skin do this continuously and no supplement improves on them. What a structured programme does is reduce the load on those systems for a period, which is a smaller and more defensible claim. We would rather make the smaller one.
Will I lose weight on a detox?
Some weight usually moves during a short reset and a good part of it is water and gut content rather than fat. If weight is your actual goal, the Weight Management Programme is the honest recommendation and we will say so at the consultation.
Do you use juice fasts or colon cleansing?
No. Juice fasting removes the fibre that makes fruit worth eating and delivers a concentrated fructose load to the liver, which is the opposite of the aim. Colonic irrigation carries real risk and has no supporting evidence. Neither is part of this programme.
Do I have to buy a detox product?
No. There is no proprietary product in this programme. Where something is recommended it is because a marker shows a deficiency, and you are free to source it anywhere.
What does it cost?
A short programme is priced by duration, and the exact figure depends on what your assessment shows. The first consultation is free either way. See the pricing page for the indicative range.
