Programme
Immunity Programme
Built on correcting what is actually low rather than on boosting anything. A well-regulated immune system is the goal; a boosted one is not something you would want.
Is this the right programme for you?
It probably is if…
- You pick up infections more often than seems reasonable
- Recovery from ordinary illness takes longer than it used to
- You are vegetarian and suspect something is short
- You want the underlying deficiencies identified rather than guessed at
It probably is not if…
- You are looking for a product that prevents infection — no such thing exists
- You have a diagnosed immune disorder requiring specialist care
- You want supplementation without testing first
What is included
A clear brief on what immunity means
The immune system is regulatory, not a dial. It must respond to pathogens and stay tolerant of harmless things. Allergy and autoimmune disease are over-responses, not weak immunity. So we correct; we do not boost.
Testing before supplementing
Vitamin D, vitamin B12, ferritin, zinc where indicated, protein adequacy and HbA1c — because uncontrolled glucose impairs immune function considerably and is frequently the real answer.
Correction of what is low
Food first, supplementation where food cannot realistically close the gap, and a retest rather than an assumption.
Gut and barrier support
A large share of immune tissue sits in the gut, which is why fibre and fermented food are part of this rather than an add-on.
The parts nobody sells
Sleep, which measurably affects the antibody response; stress, which suppresses immune function through a real route; and moderate regular activity.
A named clinician
The same nutritionist throughout, with credentials published on this site.
How it runs
-
1
Free consultation
A clinician reviews the pattern of illness, not just the last episode, and asks why it recurs.
-
2
Testing
We say which markers are worth having and why, rather than ordering everything.
-
3
Correction
A plan that closes the specific gaps found, in the order they matter.
-
4
Support
WhatsApp access to your dietician throughout.
-
5
Retest
Corrected is a measurement, not a feeling. We retest rather than assume.
The first consultation is free.Nine questions first, so the clinician has your numbers before you speak.
Start my free assessmentWhat it costs
Programmes start from an indicative ₹1,000–1,500 per week on a longer commitment. The exact figure depends on duration and what your assessment shows, and the first consultation is free either way.
We publish a range rather than withholding it, because a price you cannot find is a reason to leave.
Results
No outcome figures are published on this page. Under the ASCI Healthcare Guidelines a rate, timeline or success percentage is an advertising claim requiring an audited outcome report to substantiate it. Ours is in preparation. Your clinician will discuss what is realistic for you at the free consultation.
Questions we are asked
Can a programme stop me getting ill?
No, and we will not suggest otherwise. Correcting a genuine deficiency improves immune function; nothing prevents infection. Anyone promising you that is selling something.
Do immunity supplements work?
Correcting a deficiency helps. Supplementing someone who is already sufficient has not been shown to. Testing first is what tells you which of those two you are.
Does vitamin C prevent colds?
Regular supplementation does not prevent colds in the general population. It may shorten duration slightly. The effect is considerably smaller than the marketing implies.
I get ill constantly. Is this the right programme?
Possibly, and the first thing worth doing is asking why. Uncontrolled diabetes, significant vitamin D or iron deficiency, chronic sleep deprivation and some medicines all impair immune function. Recurrent or severe infection in an adult also warrants a doctor, and we will tell you when that is the case.
What does it cost?
Priced by duration, with the exact figure depending on what your assessment shows. The first consultation is free. See the pricing page for the indicative range.
