Why this page exists
A brand named after a practitioner has to be able to show the practitioner. The founder is the reason people trust this organisation, and until now she has been present in the marketing and absent from the structured data, the credentials and the pages a careful reader would check.
That was a real gap and this page closes it.

The method is built on assessment and blood work. That is an unusual position in a market largely built on programmes sold before anyone is assessed.

Phase 6 flagged the absence of a founder entity as a genuine search and credibility gap; it is being closed with verified detail rather than with approximations.

The approach, in her own framing
The position that runs through the whole method is that a plan written before anyone has looked at your blood work is a guess, however well presented it is.
Test first. Find what is actually driving it — thyroid, insulin, iron, vitamin D, sleep, stress. Then build the plan around the food the household already eats, because a plan that requires a separate kitchen is a plan that will be abandoned.
And say plainly where nutrition stops. A great deal of what is sold as nutritional treatment is treatment that belongs with a doctor.
