Publishing anything weaker — a testimonial dressed as a case, or a transformation photograph with a number attached — would undermine the exact thing this page exists to establish.

Every case published here will carry all six. If one is missing, it does not publish.
Explicit written consent
Specific to publication, obtained separately from treatment, and withdrawable. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 this is also a legal requirement.
The starting point in full
Presenting markers, history and what had already been tried — not only the favourable numbers.
The clinical reasoning
Why this plan for this person. A case without the reasoning is an advertisement.
What did not work
Including adjustments made along the way. Cases that proceed smoothly from start to finish are not real cases.
Follow-up beyond the end
Whether it held. A result at the end of a programme with no follow-up says very little.

Named, as with every other piece of clinical content on this site.
Why not simply publish testimonials
Testimonials are easy to produce and most people reading them know it, which is why their persuasive value is lower than the volume of them on healthcare sites would suggest.
More importantly, a testimonial carrying an outcome figure is an outcome claim, and under the ASCI Healthcare Guidelines it needs the same substantiation as any other. Attributing it to a patient does not change that. Neither does a disclaimer.
The current Health Total site carries named before-and-after client photographs. None of them appear anywhere in this build, because they are outcome claims attached to identifiable individuals whose consent status for continued publication is unconfirmed.
