How a programme is priced
Programmes are priced by duration. A longer commitment carries a lower weekly figure, which reflects how this work actually behaves — the months after the initial change are what decide whether it holds, and a programme too short to include them is poor value at any price.
The indicative range is ₹1,000 to ₹1,500 per week on a longer commitment. Where your exact figure falls within that depends on the programme, the duration and what the assessment finds. The clinician gives you the specific number at the free consultation, in writing, before you decide anything.

What is charged separately, and what is never compulsory
We would rather you saw this before a consultation than during one.
- Blood tests are paid to the laboratory, not to us. You may use any laboratory you wish.
- Supplements are never compulsory. Where one is recommended it is because a marker shows a deficiency, and you are free to buy it anywhere.
- Treatments such as U-Lipolysis and body contouring are priced separately and are never a condition of a nutrition programme.
- Homeopathy and Ayurvedic consultations are separate, optional and separately charged.
- Nutrigenomic testing, where it is appropriate at all, is priced separately.
If you are ever told a purchase is required to continue, that is wrong. No supplement, treatment or test is a condition of a nutrition programme at Health Total. If anyone tells you otherwise, please raise it with us directly.
The published price list
Publication pending. Exact programme fees by duration, and the treatment price list, are being confirmed for publication. Until then the indicative range above is what we will state, and your clinician gives you the specific figure in writing at the free consultation.

Questions we are asked
Is the first consultation genuinely free?
Yes, with no obligation. You leave with a written summary of what was found and what was suggested, whether or not you join anything.
Do you offer instalments?
Payment options are discussed at the consultation. Ask directly — it is a reasonable question and it will not affect how you are treated.
Is there a refund if it does not work?
Ask for the specific terms in writing before you pay, and read them. That is sound advice for any healthcare purchase, including this one.
Why will you not publish exact prices?
We intend to, and the list is being confirmed. Publishing an approximate figure and then quoting a different one at consultation is the practice we are trying to avoid.
The assessment and the first consultation are both free.Start there, get the specific figure in writing, and decide afterwards.
